Live on real money since 30 Sept 2026

Crypto growth, judged by its worst month.

For investors who've watched a "top trader" post +800% in a month, then hand it all back. CriptoFocus runs on rules: a capped drawdown first, then steady compounding.

The leaderboard trap

You don't lose money on the bad trade. You lose it on the bad month.

You find a trader with a glowing 30-day ROI. You copy them near the top of their run.

Then volatility turns, the 5× leverage that made the screenshot works in reverse, and a third of your money is gone before you can react.

We backtested exactly that kind of "always long, 5×" basket of top coins from 2021. It was wiped out, twice. Its best month was +585%. Its worst month took everything.

The 30-day number is the advert. The worst month is the truth.

So we built the opposite: a system that has to pass its worst month before it's allowed to chase its best.

The rules that protect you

Every rule is written down, tested for five years, then enforced by software.

A brake that acts before the damage does.

The whole account is measured every hour, with deposits excluded. The further it falls from its peak, the less it is allowed to buy, until it's allowed to buy nothing.

15%halve buys
18%stop buys

Bybit Pro's own limit is 20%. Ours bites first.

Take the 10% and leave.

Every trade gets its +10% sell the moment it's bought. We tested letting winners run: it cut returns from 14.7% to under 5% a year.

Never more than three bets.

At most 3 positions, 1 new buy a day, each 10% of the account. Wins compound; one loser can't sink you.

Out before the exchange pulls the plug.

Coins the exchange flags as at-risk are never bought, and a held coin that gets a delisting notice is sold at once.

An alarm if the edge fades.

Live results are checked daily against the research with real statistics. If they fall behind for a week, the stake gets cut. No hoping.

How it works

Three steps, once a day. Boring on purpose.

01

Read the close

At the daily close, it checks about 90 mid-cap coins (plus the top 10 on their own big days) and asks: is the whole market healthy enough to buy at all?

02

Buy one, sell it at once

The single best setup is bought, and its +10% sell is placed straight away on the exchange, so it fills the second price gets there.

03

Let the rules finish it

If +10% never comes, it sells on day 14. Idle cash earns interest in savings. The brake watches all of it, every hour.

The parts most traders never show you.

Spotlight · the brake

Built after a real scare, not a whiteboard.

In our first week, money moving between accounts made the account look 19% down for an hour. The brake stopped buying, exactly as designed. We then taught it to tell a transfer from a loss. Every incident becomes a rule.

  • Reads the whole account hourly, deposits excluded
  • Double-checks any sudden jump before acting
  • Recognises your deposits automatically

Spotlight · what we refused to build

Most good-sounding ideas lose money. We test them anyway.

More than 40 ideas have been tested across five years of data, including coins that were later delisted. Here's a sample of what didn't make the cut, and why.

No testimonials yet, on purpose. Copy trading isn't open, so there are no followers to quote. When there are, their real results will appear here, unedited, losing months included. In the research, 1 trade in 4 doesn't make its +10%. You'll see those here too.

Same market. A different idea of "good".

The leaderboard way

  • Ranked by the best 30 days
  • 5× leverage to make the number bigger
  • No written rule for a bad month
  • Drawdown shown somewhere in the small print
  • Strategy changes when it stops working

The CriptoFocus way

  • Judged by the worst month first
  • Spot trades; any future futures capped at 2×
  • Brake at 10% / 15% / 18%, in code
  • Drawdown in the headline, updated live
  • Changes only after a five-year test

The road

Sept 2026Live on the founder's own money ✓

Why I built this

"I got tired of trading screenshots that never showed the bad months. So I built the boring thing: rules first, my own money first, every number public. If it can't survive its worst month, it doesn't deserve your trust."
Olusegun Ajayi
Founder, CriptoFocus

Questions people actually ask

Not yet. Bybit only shows a master trader's record from inside its copy-trading account, so we're building that record properly first. Tap "Notify me" and you'll get one email when it opens.
Real money can fall, and so can yours. The brake is built to keep the worst drop inside 15% (the backtest's worst was about −14.5%), but backtests flatter and markets surprise. Only follow with money you can leave alone through a bad month.
Never. Following happens on the exchange's own platform, in your own account. You can stop at any time.
Because it went live on 30 September 2026 and we only show real trades. Five wins in a row is a nice start and proves nothing yet. The five-year research is the bigger evidence; the live record has to earn it.
No. If you want 10× by Christmas, this will bore you, and that's fine. It's for people who'd rather aim for steady growth with the brakes on (the five-year backtest suggests about 15% a year, and backtests flatter) than gamble on 800%.
Because focus starts with i. (Also, the version with a y costs a million dollars. We'd rather spend that on not losing money.)
No. This site shows a method and a track record, not a recommendation. Crypto is volatile; do your own research and never invest money you can't afford to lose.

Be first in line when the record is ready to copy.

Trading crypto carries a real risk of loss. Past results, live or backtested, don't guarantee future ones. CriptoFocus never holds your funds.
